So we decided to recruit from the Philippines, which was very courageous move for us because most of our restaurant and kitchen staff don’t speak English.

Jana helped us select suitable candidates with relevant experience and arranged the whole visa process, which by the way was quite long, but I understand that there are things (such as the length of the MOI approval
process) that are beyond our or Principio’s control.

The first employee has been with us for almost two years now. The second joined after about a year and now another will be joining in September.
